Privacy & Website Messages
This notice describes the public website’s contact flow. It does not describe the separate learner application.
Information you enter here
Your form details stay in the current page until you click Send. The website does not save them in browser storage or an application database. When messaging is configured, Send transmits your details to the FILUMIRE website server and its configured Zoho email server. If messaging is unavailable, no message is sent. Reloading clears the fields; your browser may restore page state through its history.
Sending your inquiry
A successful form response means the configured email server accepted the message for delivery; it does not prove inbox receipt or a response. The recipient mailbox and email provider handle delivered messages under their own retention policies. Ask FILUMIRE about retention or deletion before sharing sensitive information. Optional webmail and email-app links share only the recipient address; you decide what to write and whether to send it.
Submission security
When messaging is configured, a short-lived, strictly necessary contact cookie verifies your submission. It expires after one hour and is not used for advertising. The server temporarily keeps submission counters and a hash of your email address for up to 15 minutes to limit abuse; it does not intentionally log message contents. Hosting and email providers may maintain their own technical logs. These limits apply per server instance and are not a guarantee against spam.
Children’s information
Adults should handle access and school inquiries. Please do not send children’s names, learning records, account credentials or other sensitive information through the public website’s contact flow.
Website hosting and external links
A hosting provider may process technical request information to serve this website. No advertising, analytics integration or tracking cookies have been added to this website’s source. External portal links open a separate service whose privacy information should be reviewed before signing in.
